Q. How much do you charge?

A. Prices for general commissions are available on the Hire Us page. For all other graphic design and illustration enquiries we can give you a quote upon enquiry.

Q. How long will it take to design something for me?

A. The amount of time it takes to design something can vary from 15 minutes to 10 hours + depending on what it is you're looking for. We will ensure that we provide you with an approximate turnaround time when we reply to your enquiry.

Q. What's your process?

A. It starts with you getting contact, which we will then respond to with a guide price and turnaround time for the project. We will then arrange a consultation which is where we will get all of the information we need to start working on your project. We will show you the work as we go, and make amendments if required. Once you are happy with the work, it's yours!

Q. Can you meet me for a consultation?

A. Yes we can. We can meet you wherever is preferable to you to discuss your project thoroughly, provided you’re in a central Cambridge/Newmarket location, or if you'd prefer you can come to our studio in Newmarket. Alternatively we can Skype/FaceTime/call if preferred.

Q. Do you charge for consultations?

A. We understand that the consultation is a vital part of the process in achieving your desired outcome, so we always provide the initial consultation of up to 1 hour of our time for free, the consultation shouldn't take longer than this.

Q. Do you do printing?

A. Yes, we can print everything from business cards to fine art giclée prints with the highest quality printers, so you won't have to source the printing elsewhere.

Q. What hours are you open?

A. Our studio working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
